1. Parties
This agreement is established electronically between Klogsoft (Seller/Service Provider) and the Customer (Buyer) loading balance or purchasing services through the website.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the rights and obligations of the parties regarding balance top-up transactions and the purchase and use of digital products and services provided through the Klogsoft platform.
3. Service and Pricing
- The user loads the desired amount to their Klogsoft balance through the platform.
- Prices for digital products and services are displayed on the platform and deducted from the user's balance upon usage.
- Payment is made via iyzico secure online payment infrastructure using credit card, debit card, or other supported methods.
4. Performance and Delivery
Balance is loaded to the user's account instantly upon successful payment. Digital products and services are delivered electronically upon balance usage within the platform.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer may request a refund for unused balance before it is spent on services. For digital products and services, if delivery has been completed, the right of withdrawal may be limited under applicable consumer protection legislation.
6. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund procedures are applied according to the principles explained on the "Delivery & Refund Terms" page.
7. Dispute Resolution
In disputes that may arise between the parties, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the buyer's place of residence or where the seller is located are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
8. Effectiveness
By giving approval electronically, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
