Welcome to Compass Pro (also known as Pusula Pro in Turkish), developed by Klogsoft. We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles location, sensor, and device data.

2. Information Collection and Usage

A. Location Data

• Usage: Compass Pro requires access to your device's fine and coarse location services solely to calculate your precise geomagnetic declination (the difference between Magnetic North and True North) and display accurate navigation orientation.
• Storage & Transmission: Your location data is processed locally on your device in real-time. It is never transmitted to our servers, stored permanently, or shared with any third party.

B. Sensors Data

• Usage: The app accesses your device's onboard sensors (magnetometer, accelerometer, gyroscope) to determine compass orientation and movement.
• Storage & Transmission: Sensor data is evaluated strictly in real-time on your device and is not saved or transmitted anywhere.

C. Personal Data & Account Registration

• Compass Pro does not require any user registration or account creation.
• We do not collect, harvest, store, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or IP address.

3. Third-Party Services

Compass Pro does not integrate third-party ad networks, tracking SDKs, or external analytics frameworks that collect personal identifying data.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

1. Toplanan ve İşlenen Veriler

a. Ses ve Mikrofon Verileri (RECORD_AUDIO)

• İşleme Amacı: Uygulamamız, çevresel ses seviyesini (Desibel / dB) ve frekans dağılımını (Hz / FFT Analizi) gerçek zamanlı olarak hesaplayabilmek için cihazınızın mikrofon erişimine ihtiyaç duyar.
• Gizlilik Güvencesi: Ses verileri yalnızca cihazınızın belleğinde (RAM) anlık olarak işlenir.
• Kayıt ve Aktarım: Sesler hiçbir şekilde kaydedilmez, cihaz hafızasında saklanmaz, harici bir sunucuya aktarılmaz veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.

b. Konum Verileri (İsteğe Bağlı)

• Uygulama, açılışta uygun varsayılan dili (Türkçe / İngilizce) belirlemek amacıyla cihazın bölge veya konum bilgisini anlık olarak kullanabilir.
• Konum bilginiz hiçbir şekilde kaydedilmez, harici sunuculara iletilmez veya kişisel profil oluşturmak için kullanılmaz.

c. Kişisel Veriler

• DecibelX; adınız, soyadınız, e-posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız, rehberiniz veya cihaz kimliğiniz (ID) gibi hiçbir kişisel veriyi toplamaz, saklamaz veya işlemez.

Uygulamamız içerisinde doğrudan kişisel veri toplayan üçüncü taraf analiz veya reklam takip araçları yer almamaktadır. Gelecekte bir üçüncü taraf hizmeti (örneğin Google Play Hizmetleri) entegre edilirse, ilgili hizmetlerin kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerli olacaktır.

DecibelX, her yaştan kullanıcı için güvenlidir ve genel kitleye hitap etmektedir. 13 yaşın (veya bulunduğunuz ülkedeki yasal yaş sınırının) altındaki çocuklardan bilerek herhangi bir kişisel bilgi toplamayız.

5. Veri Güvenliği ve Saklama

Uygulamamız hiçbir kişisel veri veya ses kaydı toplamadığı ve saklamadığı için, sunucularımızda sızdırılabilecek veya silinmesi gerekecek bir kullanıcı verisi bulunmamaktadır.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayınlandığı andan itibaren geçerli olur. Politikanın en güncel halini düzenli olarak incelemeniz önerilir.

We, Klogsoft (“we”, “our”, or “us”), are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how the LocateX mobile application (“LocateX” or the “App”) handles user data, specifically your location data and device information.

2. Location Data Collection and Usage

LocateX is a location intelligence and navigation utility designed to deliver high precision and privacy.

• Precise Location Data: LocateX requests and accesses your device’s precise location (GPS and network-based location) only while you are actively using the application (Foreground Use Only).
• Core Functionality Purposes:
  1. Displaying your real-time position and orientation on interactive maps.
  2. Tracking your route, altitude, and calculating your current traveling speed (Speedometer).
  3. Reverse geocoding (identifying administrative address components such as city, district, and neighborhood for your current or pinned location).
  4. Allowing you to save favorite locations and review personal trip history locally.
• No Background Location Collection: LocateX does not collect, track, or access your location in the background when the application is closed or minimized.
• Local Storage & No Remote Transfer: Your location records, favorites, and trip histories are stored exclusively in a local SQLite database on your device. Location coordinates and history are never transmitted to Klogsoft servers and are never shared with or sold to third parties.

3. Data We Collect & Permissions

• Precise Location (GPS): Processed only while the app is active and open on screen for real-time map rendering, the speedometer, and route history. Stored locally on the device; never sent to external servers or shared.
• Internet Access: Used during an active session to download OpenStreetMap or satellite map tiles and send reverse geocoding queries. These are transient network requests without personal identification.
• Device & App Diagnostics: System-level information used for crash diagnostics and compatibility optimization; processed in aggregated and anonymized form.

We do not collect: Your name, phone number, email address, contact list, microphone audio, camera data, or personal files.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or location data.

• Map tiles are loaded directly from trusted public map providers (OpenStreetMap, CartoDB, or Google Maps static satellite layers) to render the map interface.
• Reverse geocoding queries are sent to Nominatim / OpenStreetMap solely to resolve coordinates into human-readable street addresses. No user identities or profiles are attached to these queries.

5. User Rights and Data Deletion

• Permission Revocation: You can grant or revoke location permissions at any time through your Android device settings (Settings → Apps → LocateX → Permissions).
• History Deletion: You can delete individual recorded locations or completely clear your entire location history directly within LocateX (History Sheet → Clear History).
• Uninstalling: Uninstalling LocateX immediately purges all locally stored databases, favorites, and settings from your device.

6. Children’s Privacy

LocateX does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

7. Security

We value your trust. Since your trip history and location records are stored purely on your local device storage, your data remains entirely in your own hands.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and reflected within the application.

• Sunucu Kaydı Yoktur: Uygulamamız kullanıcı hesabı oluşturma, giriş yapma veya uzaktan veri depolama gerektirmez. Tüm veriler cihazınızda kalır.

Uygulamamız içerisinde işlenen veriler cihazınızın yerel belleğinde geçici olarak tutulur. Cihazınızın ve verilerinizin güvenliğini korumak adına standart güvenlik uygulamalarına uyulmaktadır.

6. Çocukların Gizliliği

Net Tools, 13 yaşın (veya bulunduğunuz ülkedeki yasal yaş sınırının) altındaki çocukları hedeflemez ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.

7. Gizlilik Politikasında Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Değişiklik yapıldığında güncellenmiş politika bu sayfada yayınlanacak ve yürürlük tarihi güncellenecektir.
